Package Terms and Conditions

Golf entitlement issued by The Gift of Golf allow the holder to choose their 4-ball/4-balls as per the entitlement stated on their voucher or gift card.

The holder may choose to redeem their golf from our venue list or the selected venue purchased.

Locations are correct at the time of ordering the gift voucher/card but may change or be withdrawn for reasons beyond our control.

Only 1 x 4-ball may be booked per calendar month, per holder. The holder must book 1 x 4-ball per month or forfeit that month’s entitlement if a month is specified on the voucher.

There is no roll-over of entitlement/usage.

The booking of the golf will be managed by our selected third-party operator acting on our behalf.

Once a date has been booked for the 4-ball the voucher/card is deemed to be used at that point. The Gift of Golf cannot be held responsible for cancellations made by the holder.

All vouchers/cards must be kept safely and securely. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.

The Gift of Golf cannot be held responsible for damaged vouchers in the post or any postal delays.

All vouchers/cards must be used before their date of expiry, which is 12 months from the purchase date.

By placing an order with thegiftofgolf.co.uk you confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions. The Gift of Golf reserves the right to decline an order for any reason.

All bookings are subject to availability. Our third-party operator will endeavour to arrange the 4-ball/4-balls as close to your preferences as possible.

To avoid disappointment we do recommend that bookings are made well in advance, preferably at least 2-4 weeks’ notice.
